According to Forever Hannah.com, Paul has left Charlie Bullitt on friendly terms. The 3 other members will still continue with the band. The official site hasn't mentioned anything about it yet, but we'll keep waiting.

Hi everyone! Welcome to the newest site dedicated to Hannah & Paul. Siggi and I ( Saara ) are the webmisses of the site, we hope you'll enjoy!
