Hannah made an appearance on ITV's This Morning with co-star Laila Rouass.

The past two series have seen Hannah in numerous fight scenes, for one she was harnessed in wires in an indoor water pool. She says: "I was shocked by how much I felt empowered by it. I didn't think I'd enjoy the feeling of it so much."

The Spanish and the Germans have already seen the first episode of Primeval 3, now the day has come for the UK people. The show starts tomorrow, Saturday at 19:20 on ITV1.

Episode 1: As the brand new series of Primeval gets under way, Cutter and the team are called to the British museum where a supercroc has appeared through an anomaly.

The ITV official lets you watch the opening sequence 48 hours before it hits your TV screen at 19:20 tonight. Only available in UK. The site has been revamped so go and have a look.

Tomorrow when the series begins in UK Siggi will start adding the episode guides. Trivia: Some characters got older, some ages are still the same :) For examply last year Abby was 22, now she's 24. Connor made a jump from 23 to 26 whereas Nick is still 36.

Hannah Spearritt, 27, is back as zoologist Abby Maitland in the new series of sci-fi drama Primeval. Here, she talks about her wedding plans and S Club 7

What's in store for Abby this series?
There's a blast from the past, which puts her boyfriend Connor's (Hannah's fiancee, Andrew-Lee Potts) nose out of joint. And those scary prehistoric creatures just keep on coming! She almost gets eaten by a pristichampus (like a crocodile) in episode one.

Now dashing Stephen (James Murray) has been killed off, who's the eye candy?
Well it's got to be my man Andrew, hasn't it?! He's definitely the show's hunk!

Of course! And you're engaged now, so do you try to keep work and home life seperate?
We don't have a rule about not talking shop at home. I think that would be impossible. It's pretty full-on when we're filming and we're so proud of the show.

What's the most romantic thing Andrew's done for you?
Proposing to me last December was amazing! It was the perfect romantic moment, though way too private to go into detail.

Have you named the day?
Not yet - there's no rush. Neither of us are going anywhere!

You look fab. What's your secret?
I'm a gym junkie - I love the adrenaline buzz you get from pushing your body. It was only a few years ago that I became more curvy and started to feel more confident about my body.

What about your hair? We heard you're worried it will fall out from the bleaching!
I was worried, but now I'm only tinting it, so there isn't a problem. I went jet black for a time, but it didn't suit me and I actually rather like it blonde.

Any chance of you joining your fellow S Clubbers for a reunion?
Not a chance! I am still in touch with them but, professionally, my singing days are over.

Now that Primeval 3 has started or is about to start it's important not to spoil each other. So you won't see any spoilers on the news section and please don't post anything too revealing on the tag board either. You can share your thoughts about it at WOR. As soon as the show starts in the UK there will be regular episode guides.

Haa, the first country to see the Primeval series 3 is not Germany nor England, it's Spain! The third season of the hit show begins tomorrow, on Sunday on channel cuatro. They show the first TWO episodes at 22:15 and 23:20. Trivia, the show is called "Invasión jurásica" there.

Episode 1: Una exhibición sobre el Antiguo Egipto se expone en el Museo Británico y se produce una anomalía en un misterioso monumento.

Episode 2: La anomalía se encuentra en una casa abandonada, una bestia camuflada está viviendo allí, y el equipo deberá luchar contra ella.

The show starts on 23rd, next Monday on ProSieben ( Germany ) and on 28th, the next Saturday on ITV ( UK ).

Sorry for a big delay but as an excuse here now all recent Primeval news in one big update! First of all, there's a new Primeva magazine. It's got posters, puzzles, a few infos about the show and it comes with an extra toy every time (at least so far). There's an interview with Hannah in this ortnight's one.



Here's a little preview for Series 3: Q: Any good bits for Abby in the new series? - A: "Well, we have a knight that comes through from the past. Our first human incrsion! He's wanting to slay the Dracorex andconsequently Abby fights him off to protect the creature."

The next magazine is due on 18 March, so hurry up with the recent one and watch up for the next one!

Former goody-two-shoes Hannah has grown up to be a bit of a minx. Though even during her S Club 7 days, the apparently-innocent poster girl was having a secret fling with fellow band member Paul. She then fell for monster geek Andrew-Lee Potts on the set of Primeval. Hannah admits that she’s cheated on all of her boyfriends except one. We’d obviously like to make that a full-house the next time FHM gets to sit down with her. And let’s face it, the competition’s not up to much, is it? Primeval 3 will be broadcast from 28th March till 30th May. That means that the Germans get to see it first as the show starts on March 23rd there.

According to a TV Guide Primeval is definitely starting on March 23rd in Germany, on ProSieben. This means that the series 3 will probably debut in Germany before England. Lucky Germans!
