Hannah in Sun TV Mag ---- January 30th 2007 by siggi There is a small article and a nice pic of Hannah in The Sun TV Mag (27 Jan - 2 Feb), telling about the "pet" Abby, Hannah's role in the show, has. "Dino mite! Here's former S Club 7 singer Hannah Spearritt getting to grips with Rex, her character's animatronic pet dinosaur, on the set of major new family drama Primeval. "Rex is so cute," says Hannah of the baby coelurosauravus pictured in our exclusive snap. "We developed a nice relationship - but he was falling apart by the end of filming, bless him!" Hannah, 25, plays zoologist Abby Maitland in the six-part series, in which dinosaurs pass through a time portal into the present day. Catch Primeval on ITV1 from mid-february." Hannah dumps lover for co-star... ---- January 26th 2007 by siggi ...says an article about Hannah and Andrew-Lee in the Daily Mirror today. And according to Douglas Henshall.com the date for Primeval to air is on 10 February finally, so in 2 weeks already! It also reports, the DVD release date will be the 19 February, so the Monday after Primeval's last episode. The DVD will include all 6 episodes of the ITv drama series as well as a "Making Of" special of 45 minutes. You can pre-order the DVD on amazon.co.uk. For the Germans it's amazon.de.

Hannah in The Sun ---- January 25th 2007 by saara FORMER S Club 7 star Hannah Spearritt is hoping to match Billie Piper’s success with her latest TV role. Hannah, 25, who stars as zoologist Abby in ITV1’s new sci-fi blockbuster Primeval from mid-February, is keen to achieve as much as Billie who also ditched her pop career to win fame as Doctor Who’s assistant Rose. She told us: “The great thing about Billie Piper is that she has shown it can be done. Maybe I couldn’t have got this far if it hadn’t been for her. “I certainly don’t mind comparisons with Billie but I think people will compare us. That’s a compliment as she has had great success and she has paved the way for the likes of me.” Blonde Hannah is now more interested in carving out an acting career since the band split in 2004 and she has put music on hold. In new six-part sci-fi blockbuster, she co-stars with Douglas Henshall and James Moore as a group of scientists investigating a series of dinosaur sightings. In the mean time, she has distanced herself from the race row involving ex-band mate Jo O’Meara that has erupted in Celebrity Big Brother. She said: “I don’t have a view on Celebrity Big Brother. I saw Jo going in but I haven’t seen all the other stuff that’s been going on. I don’t feel that it’s my place to comment. “I’ve been asked to do a few reality shows including The Race on Sky One. But I’ve made a personal decision not to get in reality shows. The Big Brother type ones scare me; I think you have to be a big, brave person to be in there.”

Blessed on German TV! ---- January 17th 2007 by siggi I jzst found out that the new channel Comedy Central (former channel was Viva Plus) will show Hannah's BBC show Blessed! It's starting this afternoon at 5:30 pm and will be shown every Wednesday. Other times are every Friday, 5:00 pm and 9:15 pm and Sunday, 1:45 am. Source: Comedy Central.de

He told about his and Hannah's role: “Abby Maitland played by Hannah Spearritt who is possibly the closest to my character within the show. I’m completely in love with her- who wouldn’t be, she’s amazing! – she knows this and she struggles with how she feels about me because I’m a bit of a geek. New life, new style Hannah Spearritt: Since teen chart-toppers S Club 7 disbanded in 2003, Spearritt, 25, has transformed herself into a serious actress, landing juicy roles in sc-fi drama Primeval and the upcoming Miss Marple mystery At Bertram's Hotel. THE DILEMMA: "My career has moved on - my wardrobe needs to as well." "I was styled as the tomboy in S Club - I never really cared what I wore," says Spearritt, who was 17 when she joined the band. "I didn't have my own style." After the split, she tried extreme makeovers, from dreadlocks to corsets, but they did her no favours. "No one ever said it, but I knew my attempts to shake off my old image were losing me work as an actress," she says. THE SOLUTION: try wearing dresses instead of suits for a smart but young look. "There's nothing worse than feeling uncomfortable in auditions - if I wore a suit, yeah, I'd look older, but I'd feel like I was dressing up," says Spearritt, who goes for an edgy, layered look off-duty. She realised that knowledge is power: by hitting the high street and working out what suited her, she learnt to cherry-pick the pieces that looked good and, most importantly, made her feel good. "It's taken me a while to find my own way of doing things. I never used to wear dresses, but now I live in them. A simple jersey one with unusual accessories works well for my frame and for the image I want to present - a confident person but also a blank canvas for the casting director."

It also has a nice forum, so check it out ;) I've also changed the ending of the Love Story of our two dears. It's now up-to-date again. You can find it in the Paul section in Info.

Official Primeval trailer! ---- January 1st 2007 by siggi Happy new year everyone! hope you had a great New Year's Eve party! The new year starts with good news: Here you can see the official trailer of Primeval from the ITV1 site. And I told you in the tagboard already, Primeval is also produced by ProSieben (Germany) and M6 (France). I e-mailed ProSieben to ask them about the show but they replied they don't know yet when they'll show it or if they will at all.
