Paul was born in 7th march 1977 in St-Albans, England.

Paul joined the National Youth Music Theatre's production of Pendragon, where he met Hannah for the first time. After high school he went on to college and studied in performance. That's where he met Emma Bunton ( ex Baby Spice ). Paul and Emma dated! They broke up before Paul left college, and met a new girl, Judith.

Paul auditioned for S Club 7, and was the first one who make it! Paul and Hannah met again! Later Paul broke up with Judith, they had been together for four years. He left S Club 7 in June 2002 and returned to his old metal band, Skua.

When he was younger, he couldn't decide between performer career and particle physicist. As we know, he chose singing and we're happy for that :)
