Hannah Louise Spearritt, the youngest of 3 children to Jenny and Michael Spearritt, is born on 1st April 1981 in Great Yarmouth, UK. With only 3 years she already modelled for a Mother Care catalogue – no doubt her big smile was the reason for that! In school she immediately pounced on the P.E. lessons: swimming, running and playing tennis became her hobbies. She thought she could become a professional tennis player, a fitness trainer or even a teacher or a nurse later.
But with 12 years, Hannah got a role in the local production Annie and from that day she knew she wants to go in the showbiz! One year later she joined the Nation Youth Music Theatre, where she met her best friend Sheridan and her future band mate Paul. From 1994-95 they were involved in the production Pendragon and played in New York and Hong Kong.
Soon more roles followed: Tin Pan Ali, the West End musical Bugsy Malone and her first television part in The Caterer Street Hangman, where she played a maid, who gets murdered. She also presented holiday camps and cars (Mercedes Benz) and was seen at Blue Peter and the National Lottery Show. At the college of Great Yarmouth she had maths, performing arts and media studies.
In this time she auditioned for a new band called S Club 7. As we all know she became a member of the band and could do now what she always wanted to do: performing live on stage, acting and travelling around the world.
When the band split up in 2003 she turned to the film biz and not long after the band she got a role in the sequel of Agent Cody Banks with the Hollywood stars Frankie Muniz, Anthony Anderson and Keith Allen in.
Smaller roles followed but she’s still not given up to conquer the Hollywood league.
