Rachel Stevens must have a very chilled-out boyfriend... he's given her permission to flirt with her gigolo Strictly Come Dancing partner. She already admits TV co-star Vincent Simone regularly hits on her. But that doesn't seem to bother fella Alex Bourne. Speaking to London's Heart FM at the Pride of Britain awards, Rachel said: "I love Vincent. He's the biggest flirt in the world. Alex said to me, 'Flirt as much as you like. As long as it's on the dance floor'." Er, just a word of caution Alex mate... ex-Strictly star Matt Di Angelo had an affair with dance partner Flavia Cacace, ending her 11-year relationship with Vincent. But we're sure you'll be just fine...

SEXY RACHEL STEVENS took a tumble during dance practice for STRICTLY COME DANCING – but luckily partner Vincent Simone was on hand to stroke it better. The foxy 30-year-old hurt her foot during rehearsals with some of the hit BBC One show’s other contestants. But when she doubled over in agony and collapsed to the ground dance partner Vincent didn’t let go of her – and massaged her foot better before she jolted back up.

I've got a fabulous video of Rachel and Vincent in It Takes Two ( Oct 1 ), thanks to Cynthia for finding it for me. They are interviewed by Claudia, being so funny and relaxed. What I find the best is that we finally see more of gorgeous Alex. Really worth watching:

Lorna took us a nice HQ shot of Rachel's wedding ring. Pretty pretty isn't it? Alex proposed to her on their holiday in Italy earlier this year. They have postponed the wedding because Rachel wants to focus on Strictly Come Dancing.

According to Dylan Primeval is supposed to start in South Africa on BBC Entertainment later this year.

TUNNING Rachel Stevens says her Strictly rehearsals keep being interrupted by dance partner Vincent Simone’s constant flirting. But the former S Club beauty says there will be no hanky panky with the ballroom pro she has dubbed the Italian Stallion — because she’s madly in love with new fiancé Alex Bourne. In her first interview since signing up for Strictly Come Dancing, Rachel, 30, tells The Sun: “Vincent is the biggest womaniser in the world, ever! It’s not just when the camera rolls — he flirts non stop. “I love him, he’s so funny. We’ve been really getting to know each other and bonding, and get on great.You’re total strangers and you just get thrown together.

“The professionals are used to dancing with whoever, whenever, but for us to suddenly be dancing with hands everywhere is quite weird. It’s very intense. If you didn’t get on with your partner it would be a nightmare, but luckily I don’t have that problem. “He does flirt a lot but I’ve got him under control! It’s very tongue in cheek and it’s not just with me — he’s the same with every girl he talks to. We’ve got a really good banter now.”

Vincent, 29, was left devastated during the last series when his girlfriend, Strictly co-star Flavia Cacace, dumped him for her celeb partner, ex-EastEnder Matt Di Angelo. But Rachel reveals: “He’s on good form and really excited about the series. Underneath all the bravado he’s actually a very sensitive guy.” The petite brunette — who makes her dance debut tonight — has already introduced Alex to Vincent, who promptly spun him around the room in a bid to teach him the salsa.

She laughs: “Alex was mortified! He was so embarrassed. But they liked each other a lot, which is great. “Alex is very supportive, which makes a big difference.” Rachel first dated Alex, 31 — an actor who appeared in Family Affairs and also develops property — when they were 12, and saw each other occasionally over the years, dating again at 16 and 18. They lost touch but met up again two years ago, as Rachel was getting over her break-up from ex-fiancé, Holby City actor Jeremy Edwards. “The timing was just right. It was really weird, the way it happened,” she says. “We first met when I was at school and I was madly in love with him. We lost touch but we always had mutual friends, then we met up again when I was in LA. Alex proposed on holiday in Italy this summer and the pair are clearly madly in love.

Rachel admits: “We are both really romantic. We have a date night every Wednesday where we take it in turns to decide what to do — going out for a meal, or a quiet night in. “We haven’t really got any plans for the wedding yet, but Vincent is hopefully going to teach us a dance for our wedding night.” Rachel is now back in the UK for good and, despite solo hits including Sweet Dreams My LA Ex, intends to pursue acting rather than music.

Strictly marks the first time Rachel has appeared on a reality show — although her former bandmate Jo O’Meara was in last year’s Celebrity Big Brother and got caught up in the race row which saw Jade Goody accused of bullying Shilpa Shetty. Rachel says: “I was in LA so I was quite pleased I didn’t see much of it, although I phoned Jo afterwards to check she was okay. Jo is such a lovely person and not at all how she was portrayed. “I’ve always been with the band or in LA, so this is really the first time I’ve put myself out there on my own, which is quite scary. Strictly is completely different though — it’s about learning a skill, although people will see a bit of me as well. I’d rather tone up my bottom on the dancefloor than sit on it in the jungle or Big Brother house!”

Speaking of that famous bottom, which saw her voted FHM’s 15th sexiest woman, surely the rumours about her refusing to wear skimpy dresses on Strictly can’t be true? She confesses: “Well, I’m sure that as the series goes on I’ll be a bit braver, but they want to see as much skin as possible and I’m not ready for that yet! I’d like to be eased in gently. Hopefully the series will tone me up too, and who knows what I’ll be wearing if I stay in?” Now if that’s not a reason for her legions of male fans to vote for her to stay in, we don’t know what is.

SEXY Rachel Stevens has shown her wicked side — mocking Strictly Come Dancing partner Vincent Simone for his lisp. But the ex-S Club singer, 30, had to pay for it with longer practice sessions. Vincent — who Rachel dubbed the “Italian Stallion” — said: “The naughtiest thing she does is to take off my Italian accent and lisp. So I make her train even harder as a result! But in other ways she is perfect.” The duo clocked up nearly 80 hours of dancing before their debut in the BBC1 hit on Saturday night. They are 4/1 third favourites to win — behind former rugby ace Austin Healey, 34, and Holby City star Tom Chambers, 31.

It is the women’s turn to perform this weekend after the men kicked off the competition. But while Rachel looks set to dazzle, judge Arlene Phillips said she feared model Jodie Kidd, 30, would be like “Bambi on ice”.

Rachel’s fiancé Alex Bourne will be cheering her on from the show’s audience. But Vincent’s ex, dancer Flavia Cacae, has already been knocked out of the show — as her celeb, former EastEnder Phil Daniels, got the boot last week. The couple will reunite to perform their Tango on the show and appear together in routines throughout the series.

This seems to be Hannah's week, she was also interviewed for Closer magazine. They've used an old picture but the story is new. It's titled 'An S Club reunion would be depressing'...

You may know that I'm a huge Britney Spears fan so I thought it would fun to post this Womanizer ( her new single ) review by PopJustice. They mention Rachel so it does make some sense:

Without wishing to stir up any of that boring Christina vs Britney nonsense, Britney's new single 'Womanizer' is exactly what Christina is trying - and failing - to do with her own new single. We heard the track in full earlier today and while we enjoyed (what we could hear of) the clip that leaked on Monday hearing the track in full - and at full volume - throws the whole thing into a brand new realm of amazingness. Stylistically it shares a lot in common with Rachel Stevens' 'Some Girls' but in Britney terms it's a brilliantly executed mashup of 'Toxic' with the last album's more insane moments like 'Ooh Ooh Baby'. Most important thing: it doesn't fade at the end - the beat drops out while Britney trills the main "YOU'RE A WOMANIZER OH WOMANIZER OH YOU'RE A WOMANIZER BABY" hook. This track lays a really strong foundation for the fully-realised comeback that didn't quite happen last time and it's hard not to think of it as a late contender for single of the year. Like we said above, it's literally quite good.

RACHEL Stevens' fiancé, Alex Bourne, has joined her in rehearsals to keep an eye on her flirty dance partner Vincent Simone. The Italian professional has made no secret of his feelings for the former S-Club 7 singer and even said Alex should watch out. So in a bid to stop Rachel, 30, waltzing off with her mentor, Alex is also having lessons with Vincent. Rachel said: "Alex is a very keen dancer so it made sense for Vincent to teach him a few of the basics. "We’re hoping that by the time our wedding comes round we’ll be able to show the guests all we’ve been taught." But a source close to the couple says that Alex's involvement is more to do with flirty Vincent's slick moves. The friend said: "Alex doesn't dislike Vincent for fancying Rachel as she’s an incredibly attractive woman. He just doesn't want him to overstep the mark."

Rachel Stevens is the most nervous of all the Strictly Come Dancing contestants, reports Now. The former S Club 7 singer's dancing partner Vincent Simone has had to devise a strategy to ensure that the stressed star remains calm in her first live show. "Vincent says that attitude is as important as the moves," an insider said. "Rachel was terrified of making a fool of herself, but Vincent’s plan is to calm her with relaxing chats. His rule is that she can talk about anything she likes, except for Strictly." The 30-year-old's impending wedding to Alex Bourne, 31, is also said to be on her mind. The source said: "She’s wondering whether she’s bitten off more than she can chew. She’s dancing up to eight hours a day, which doesn’t leave much time for wedding dress fittings." Fellow contestant Jodie Kidd is also feeling the fear and claimed earlier this week that contestants had not been given enough time to master their moves.

Tonight was the guys' night so only the men got to really dance and get votes. The ladies and their partners made a lovely group performance to Christina Aguilera's hot song Lady Marmalade. Rachel looked absolutely amazing, so beautiful and smiling, reminds me of her 2005 look. Her dress was gorgeous ( wait for pictures ) and she wore black gloves, something like the So Good gloves, what a great idea, I loved them. By the way, Vincent couldn't keep his hands away but who could? :) Next week we'll see them in action.

About the guys, I loved Tom and Austin's performances, hot hot hot.

Rachel has revealed that if she was given the oppertunity , she would be up for a S Club Reunion in the future. When asked about her "feud" with Tina Barrett she said "The press made it look like Tina and i hated each other during the band but that wasn't the case. We just didn't get on in the way i did with the others." Rachel revealed that she no longer speaks to former members Bradley Mcintosh and Jo O'Meara after Rachel stated that "they could not sing" back in 2005. "We lost touch awhile ago and things have been said so we find it easier just not to communicate. I heard recently that Jo has had a baby and i have no idea what Bradley is is upto. If we ever get back together for a one-off thing then we would probably resolve what happened".

‘Strictly Come Dancing’ star Rachel Stevens certainly proved hard to get, when she made ex-beau Oli Trevena wait three weeks for sex. The shy beauty and the model got together two years ago in Los Angeles, when she went there to try to get acting work. Oli, a British singer and model, was head on heels in love with Rachel, but the actress, despite having similar feelings, made him wait for a good three weeks before they eventually had a rocking time under the sheets. “She made me wait and wait to make love to her, but I didn’t mind -it just made everything that much more exciting. Rachel had always been my dream woman just from watching her on TV, then I met her in person and she was everything I had dreamed of and more,” News of the World quoted Oli as telling a pal.

Lucky me, the week I arrive to England, a S Clubber is on TV :) I was able to watch Jo's interview on GMTV today, it was so great to see her again. She looked absolutely amazing, healthy and happy and so did little Lenny who was in the studio with her. She said she'll be back to studio in January and that she's now ready to get back to music again. Did you know she's got a new tattoo again, it's on her right hand's fourth finger and it says Lenny, so cute. They also talked about S Club and how Jo appreciates it all much more now than she did then. Apparently Lorna will get us the video of it soon so everyone can watch her.

Rachel Stevens isn't going to get any special treatment from Bruno Tonioli when the new series of Strictly Come Dancing kicks off on Saturday. The judge has refused to admit that he is friends with the former S Club 7 singer. He told the Sunday Mail: "I have bumped into a few of the celebrities socially - Andrew Castle, Cherie Lunghi, Gillian Taylforth and Rachel Stevens - but none are friends. "Even if they were, you can't let that affect you. That would be very unfair. You have to treat everybody equally." He doesn't seem to think that Rachel will win, telling the paper: "Rachel may have dance experience but it won't really help. Technically ballroom will be a wake-up call." Bruno seems to be a fan of Lisa Snowdon: "She's a sexy woman with a great personality." He refused to reveal who will go in the first week: "There will be duds - there always are - but I'm almost looking forward to the duds more than the good ones."

DANCE fever is about to hit the nation again. Top TV show Strictly Come Dancing got off to a flying start at the weekend when 6.5million viewers saw a sizzling preview.

Even more are expected to watch when the first live show kicks off next Saturday. With some of TV’s sexiest women competing – including models Lisa Snowdon, 36 and Jodie Kidd, 29, and pop star Rachel Stevens, 30 – the series is likely to be essential viewing.

The chemistry is already evident between some of the show’s flirtiest men and their partners, with Italian stallion Vincent Simone, 29, raising the temperature.

Footage of his rehearsals with Rachel revealed he just can’t keep his hands off the former S Club 7 singer.

Vincent, who has a resemblance to Rachel’s fiance, actor Alex Bourne, seems very pleased with his leading lady. He even boasted: “Hopefully our chemistry will be so hot that people will be traumatised watching us.”

After lots of confusion it's not confirmed that Jo will appear on GMTV next Wednesday ( 17th ). LK Today show starts at 8:25 am and Jo will be interviewed by Lorraine Kelly. Don't forget to watch Whatever Happened To Jo O'Meara.

The former S Club 7 singer hopes appearing on the BBC1 show will help her clinch a mega-bucks perfume deal. Rachel, 30, wants to emulate the likes of Jade Goody and Kate Moss by launching her own celebrity scent.

She said: “I want to land my own perfume deal and I think that this show will help show off the fact I am a real girl’s girl.” She makes her dancing debut tonight when fans see her meet partner Vincent Simone on the Strictly Come Dancing preview show.

After turning herself into a global brand, Rachel plans to get back into acting rather than sing.

She said: “Ideally I would love to mix singing and acting but you can only be a pop star for so many years. “I mean, at 30 it’s a bit sad, right?”

News archive inger says that despite her aching muscles the exercise gets her geared up for bedroom action with fiance Alex Bourne. And with the latest series kicking off next month, they like nothing better than a saucy salsa together to hot things up at home.

Former S Club 7 star Rachel, 30, said: "I get in from training and Alex runs me a nice hot bath with lots of bubbles and scented candles. "He's so sweet like that. I've been using muscles I never knew I had so he's been helping me relax with a nice massage. "I'm so fired up when I get in. There is something very sexy about dancing.

"Since I started training Alex and I have been salsa dancing around the house." And far from being too tired for sex after all the strenuous routines, she said: "It gets you geared up for it!" Alex, 31, is so supportive of Rachel's Strictly bid he even bought her a foot spa to help her tired feet. She said: "I had been complainingmy feet were sore and the next thing I came home and he had bought he a foot spa."

Actor Alex - who was in doomed soap Family Af fairs - popped the question back in June while the couple were on a romantic holiday in Italy. But Rachel says she has had to put their marriage plans on the back-burner because the show is so time consuming. She said: "I did think about trying to squeeze in awedding during the show but there was just no way. It will have to wait until after the show has ended."

Rachel's TV dance partner Vincent Simone quipped Alex should be worried about what the couple may get up to. He said: "He should be jealous of me! "I'm only joking - Rachel is gorgeous but he has got nothing to worry about."
