It's been a while since we heard anything about Primeval, hasn't it? Filming has now wrapped on series four and without delay, the team are hard at work on series five! As we previously mentioned, the new series will feature several additions to the team - and here's the first look at their lovely little faces. From left to right we have Abby (Hannah Spearritt), Connor (Andrew-Lee Potts), Matt (Ciarán McMenamin), Becker (Ben Mansfield) and Jess (Ruth Kearney) .

Primeval series four filming finishes

The cast of Primeval have finished filming the upcoming fourth series. The show was originally cancelled by ITV but was later revived when the channel teamed up with UKTV, BBC America and German broadcaster ProSieben. Hannah Spearritt, Andrew Lee-Potts, Ben Miller, Jason Flemyng, Lucy Brown and Ben Mansfield have all returned to the show, while new cast members include Alexander Siddig, Ciarán McMenamin, Ruth Bradley, Jonathan Byrne, Anton Lesser and Ruth Kearney.
The programme's executive producer Tim Haines said: "The cast and crew have been brilliant and they have put in a huge effort over the past four months to deliver some amazing work. We have also been very lucky in that Dublin has afforded us some fantastic new locations and the fact that we've filmed in HD for the first time means that the production values are higher than ever. "The rough cuts I've seen are very exciting and I think we are going to deliver a show that will really please and delight the fans." The fourth series of Primeval will premiere on ITV1 next year before being broadcast on Watch. The cast are currently filming the fifth series.

Some time ago I got an e-mail from Nadia who works for Hill&Knowlton. She said they like my site and asked if I would like to get Rachel's autograph signed for the Braun campaign. Of course I said yes. Unfortunately the first one got lost but she was kind enough to send another one, this time with special delivery. Thank you so much if you're reading this. It's my 4th Rachel autograph. You can view the rest here. I've actually got 2 signatures on the Come And Get It cover but the other one is not there.

Jo single called "In A Broken Dream"

An hour ago Jo revealed that her new single is called In A Broken Dream and she'll perform it on Thursday in London's Tufnell Park. If you're going, please try and take a video or pictures.

The single will be released at the end of August as I've said before and it's made in collaboration with a band called The Popes.

Lily Allen bashes S Club

Fiery Lily Allen has blasted the Spice Girls, modern music, and even her own father in an explosive new interview. The "Smile" singer branded the "Wannabe" hitmakers not "real", and hit out at British pop band S Club 7 for making "rubbish" music. Allen also admits she was "irritated" by modern pop culture in the 1990s and early 2000s, adding: "Well the music was rubbish. Well these are the days of bands like S Club 7 and the Spice Girls. I mean they are great for what they were but for someone who read a lot of books and engaged in conversation with people quite a lot, I felt if I'm going to be a pop star I want to be a real pop star and I want to say real things."

June 14 So my challenge is now coming to an end, it has flown by! I have really enjoyed it! I have been to some fab events over the last few weeks and thanks to my epilator I have felt confident enough to know that my legs are going to be silky smooth! I am definitely a convert now!! It really does take you through those in between days and hopefully we will have lots of sunny days this summer so I can continue baring my legs and wearing all of this season’s great summer looks. I just want thank you for following my blog and for all your support and hope you all have a fantastic summer... and ladies do not forget to get those lovely pins out!! June 8 I'm just finishing hair and make-up and getting dressed in preparation for the Glamour Awards this evening, which I am really excited about! The only guide I have given to Sally (my hair and make-up artist) is to go for full on glamour! It is always such a great night every year and they get a really good turn-out. There are rumours that Victoria Beckham may even make an appearance! James Corden is hosting again this year which means it is sure to be funny too. I have had a bit of a dilemma over which dress to wear and have not quite chosen yet - but will let you all know tomorrow what I decided to go for. Only thing I do know is that I am going to be showing off my freshly epilated legs with pride! Make sure you check back tomorrow to hear my thoughts from the evening, Rachel x

June 9 Last night I went to the Glamour Women Of The Year Awards, and as expected it was a fantastic night! James Corden was once again a brilliant host and (aside for a little spat with Patrick Stewart!) he did a great job. My favourite presenter of the night has to be Michael McIntyre, I think he is the funniest comedian around. I decided to wear a gorgeous little dress from Topshop in the end, and I'm really pleased with it - have been getting some nice comments today which is lovely. Some of the outfits were amazing, my highlights were: Karen Gillan in an amazing dress by designer Kate Halfpenny, Zoe Saldana in a black lace Vionett number, Florence Welch in Jasmine DiMilo dress and Naomi Harris in Falguni & Shane Peacock. Lots of legs on show too - it's definitely the trend at the moment. I'm about to head off to the Graduate Fashion Awards where I will be presenting one of the awards - you can see how I got on in my video blog tomorrow. Rachel x

Rachel at Britain's Got More Talent

June 3 So today I have been invited to appear on Britain's Got More Talent, I am a massive fan so am really excited about being on the aftershow and meeting some of the acts. Being a live show I always get a bit nervous but fingers crossed it goes without a glitch. Just got ready with my make-up artist and stylist at home - put on my favourite vintage dress, sparkles are great for the camera showcasing my silky smooth pins and gorgeous Rupert Sanderson heels. Just arrived at the red carpet, log on tomorrow to see some behind-the-scene footage! Rachel xx

POP beauty Rachel Stevens is launching a World Cup perfume. She is the face of Eau De Stade which combines the smells of the football field with natural South African fragrances. The unisex perfume has been created by Sky+HD. Pregnant Rachel, 32, said: “Although I can’t make it out to South Africa, a spritz of Sky+HD Eau De Stade means I can bring a little bit of the World Cup to my living room.”
