I'd like to wish you all a very happy new year! I'm sure it'll be great, especially with Rachel, Jo and Tina's
music plans. Thanks for 2009! Lots of love, Saara x.
On yesterday's tradiotional Strictly Come Dancing Christmas Special Rachel and Vincent danced
the Rumba to Miss You Most (At Christmas Time). They came second with 39 points of 40 when Ali Bastian and
Brian Fortune won with full 40. Too bad they didn't win but still, she looked amazing. Watch the dance video
and the results below.
TINA BARRETT had her first solo performance since her days with S Club 7. She opened the Wild & Live concert at the Royal Albert Hall performing her new, yet to be released single, FIRE, which is co-written and produced by Ryan. The concert was in aid of the Born Free Foundation and its star studded line up included Bryan Adams, Peter Andre and Rolf Harris amongst others. The concert is expected to be aired on TV soon.Credit: Blanica and RCWproductions.com

Also, just so you all know, I'm going to be on the Strictly Christmas Special performing a Rumba… so don't forget to tune in on Christmas day!

Remember to watch Rachel in Strictly Come Dancing Christmas Special on BBC1 at 7.00pm on Christmas Day.
If anyone is going to see it, please let me know what they say about S Club, sounds like fun. I wish
I could see it myself!
Starring Gavin and Stacey's Joanna Page as this fairy tale's sweet put-upon young girl and S Club 7's Jon Lee as her eventual pint-sized beau, this production exudes charm and magic. Snow, Shetland ponies and Angelina Ballerina combine to create a glittery, festive show full of heart and joy. Childish humour was covered, but jokes about Jordan and Peter Andre, S Club 7 and local features made sure all the family were rolling around in their seats. Most importantly of all, Lee and Page make a perfect, innocent couple, and carry their solos and duets off well. Jibes about S Club 7 not being able to sing are wrong in Lee's case. may be 23 but this is the most magical, funny, high-spirited pantomime I have ever seen, and it brought out my inner little girl. When cast and audience united for a jolly rendition of Now I'm A Believer I was both sad to say goodbye, and excited that Christmas was finally here.Credit: Blanica and Readingchronicle.co.ukCinderella is at New Victoria Theatre, Woking, until Sunday, January 10. Times vary. Tickets from £16 from www.ambassadortickets.com/woking or 0844 871 7645. - Harriet Marsh @ Readingchronicle.co.uk

Here's the video of yesterday's Strictly final where Rachel and Vincent were reunited to dance a sexy tango.
First there is group dance and then Rachel and Vincent take the dancefloor alone and in the end Lisa Snowdon
and his partner Brendan Cole join them. I don't need to say how amazing she looks. I can't wait
to see the Christmas Special.
STRICTLY Come Dancing beauties Rachel Stevens and Lisa Snowdon will return for tonight's final. The pair were a hit last year, with actress Rachel coming second and model and radio DJ Lisa third. Rachel will partner Vincent Simone for the tango, and Lisa does the cha cha cha with Brendan Cole. Meanwhile, Jade Johnson said she was gutted she had to drop out, adding have walked it against finalist Chris Hollins. The long-jumper, who hurt her knee, said: "I could have made the final. I hope Ricky wins." She returns with partner Ian Waite. After she quit, bosses ruled two, instead of three, contestants would be in the final. Jade has been given a special slot.Source: The Sun

Rachel and Alex were in the audience of Live at the Apollo yesterday.
I was the told that the host mentioned her Rear of the Year award and made a joke about Strictly
Come Dancing judge Craig.
The lucky ones who live in the UK can watch the video:

The BBC has announced there won't be a dance-off during the Strictly Come Dancing semi-final this weekend. Instead, the public will decide whether to send home Ricky Whittle, Ali Bastian or Chris Hollins.Source: Now Magazine‘I think at this stage it is actually quite wise because there are only three and the difference is going to be minuscule,' judge Bruno Tonioli tells the BBC. 'And I think the public will have a very important say whatever we score them.
The change follows a mix-up last year which resulted in all three couples reaching the final. At the time, a tie between Rachel Stevens and Lisa Snowdon in the judging scores meant eventual winner Tom Chambers couldn't have been saved by the public vote.

Here are 2 new pictures of Hannah on a dinner with the producers of Primeval. I wonder if it's the one
that Andrew mentioned in the article below. Anyway, you can see her long hair :)

Primeval star Andrew-Lee Potts has claimed that producers have “shocking” plots planned for the new series. The 30-year-old actor will soon reprise his role as Connor Temple on the ITV1 sci-fi show, which was recently given a surprise recommission for 13 more episodes. In an interview with IESB, Potts commented: “It’s great coming back to play him. And then, also, I get to work with my fiancée Hannah Spearritt. When it was cancelled, it was such a shame because we enjoyed working with each other so much and we thought, ‘We might never do that again’. That made us sad.Source: Digital Spy“But, we’re going to be able to do that again. And we actually went out for dinner with all the producers the other day, and the storylines they’ve got and the stuff that’s going to happen this time is going to be really good. It’s very shocking as well.” Potts also said that he always had a “gut feeling” the show would come back and is “really pleased” that he turned out to be correct. Filming for Primeval will begin in March ahead of a 2011 return.
After the purple one I needed something lighter and fresher so here you go, I hope you like it.
I kept the Seeing Double figures in each news entry because I really like them. What else..
Yeah, please vote for me, it really means a lot. And don't forget the Twitter and Facebook expansions! :)
The shows of Jon's Cinderella begin today at the New Victoria Theatre
so go and buy your tickets! The last show is on 10 January 2010.
Andrew gave an interview for IESB.net and I gathered some stuff related to Hannah and Primeval.
You can read the whole thing clicking the link.
IESB: How did it feel, when you found out that Primeval would be returning for another season, after you had already been told that it was canceled? Were you surprised at all?Source: IESB.netAndrew: I was surprised. I just had a feeling that it wasn't gone because it only disappeared due to money problems at ITV. It was just a matter of timing. It wasn't ever the fact that they didn't want to make the show, and I knew that when it got canceled. And, I knew the guys at Impossible Pictures, who actually make the show, just wouldn't let it die. They had so much passion for it and they were so proud of it. And, America bought the rights to the film.
The flag was flying quite high, so it was just a shame for it to go out that way, especially with unfinished storylines because we thought we were going again. So, I had a bit of a gut feeling that I suppose was a gut hope, really. I didn't feel like I'd finished playing Connor Temple and, thankfully, I haven't. So, I'm really, really pleased. We'll be shooting that in Dublin and we'll be starting it in March of next year. That's all very exciting. We'll be doing 13 episode about prehistoric dinosaurs.
IESB: What do you enjoy about playing Connor? Is it fun for you to return to the same character, over a number of seasons?
Andrew: I love the character I play because it's mine. The description was so well-written, when we first went in, but the character of Connor was definitely written like an out-and-out nerd with the glasses, who was a real intellectual type, and the character has progressed. I'm not saying he's not nerdish at all, because he has his moments all the time, but I wanted to do something different with it. When I went into the audition, it went really well. I made them laugh a lot, and my energy was what they grabbed onto. They said, "Let's just make him this eccentric, energized bunny rabbit."
It's great coming back to play him. And then, also, I get to work with my fiancee, Hannah Spearritt. When it was canceled, it was such a shame because we enjoyed working with each other so much and we thought, "We might never do that again." That made us sad. But, we're going to be able to do that again. And, we actually went out for dinner with all the producers the other day, and the storylines they've got and the stuff that's going to happen this time is going to be really good. It's very shocking as well.
What a great morning, Jo just updated us about being in the studio:
had a great day in the studio recording a track for early next year
FHM's Girl Of The Decade Rachel looks better and sexier than ever in the new pictures that were actually taken in
her bedroom. The article reveals fun details about Rachel's house like that her neighbours are Jamie Oliver
and Gwen Stefani and that she has a "stuff" room with S Club 7 platinum discs and awards.
She talks about each FHM cover she's been in. I don't think she's ever talked so much about S Club in her
solo interviews which is fantastic. I'll just tell this last thing and you can read the rest yourselves:
I'd most like to get back in the studio.

Rachel and Jo made it to best song countdowns by two separate blogs, here's what they have to say:
84. Jo O'Meara: What Hurts The MostS Club 7's lead singer Jo O'Meara finally launched her solo career in 2005, two years after the band broke up, and two years after fellow S Clubber Rachel Stevens launched her incredibly successful solo career. Her debut single, and only single in fact, was a cover of a country song, turned into a pop song for Jo, and later turned back into a country song by Rascal Flatts, and most notably into a dance song by Cascada. I do love the Cascada version, and it sold a lot more than Jo's version, but the song is a slow song at heart, and I do prefer this version. Jo has a stunning voice, possibly one of the best British vocalists of the decade, so it's a shame that ever since her involvement in Big Brother's Jade/Shilpa-gate she's never given it another go, because without her, S Club 7 would have been a very weak band indeed.
88: Rachel Stevens: Sweet Dreams My LA-ExOriginally an imagined response to Justin Timberlake’s “Cry Me A River”, “Sweet Dreams My L.A. Ex.” was given to former S Club 7 star Rachel Stevens after Britney Spears wrote her own retort (“Everytime”). In the end, everyone won. Stevens’ sexy performance is a perfect complement to the juxtaposed acoustic guitars and brazen synth buzz. Sweet dreams indeed.
Here are new pictures
from the old photoshoot for OK! magazine back in 2007. This is one of my favourite shoots by her
so I'm glad we know have these amazing pictures.

I've spent the afternoon adding the scans of Rachel's previous FHM appearances, click each cover to enter.
I've also added the photoshoots for the magazine, I didn't even remember I had all those pictures!
To view 9 shoots (56 photos!) during S Club click
here
and
here
are the ones during her solo career.

Enjoy this until we'll get the scans :)
Lovely S Club Lyrics is back with huge improvements! You can find all the songs on albums (S Club, Rachel, Jo, Paul)
as well as the b-sides and special song lyrics like Tie A Yellow Ribbon :) The most
additions were made to Tina's section, you can find the texts of every song of hers that's online.
I've also written the names of some unreleased songs, obviously there aren't lyrics for them yet.
I've also added more Bradley, Upperstreet and Paul lyrics.
Most of them were typed by me so there are errors and blank bits so please correct me: joanneomeara4eva@hotmail.com. Also, if you have new lyrics feel free to send them to me, even if they are not perfect, I'll try to complete them. And last but not least, a special thanks to everyone on World Of Rachel who have helped me!
The article where Rachel told she'd return to music has been deleted so it's all very
confusing... Why would anyone quote Rachel if she didn't say so. Then again, why would we read about her come back first
on Mirror,
why didn't Team Rachel announce it. Discuss it on
WOR.
